Wuwei started 60,000 tons of hydrogen fluoride project
On April 21st, Gansu Haoyuan Mining Co., Ltd. started production of a 60,000-ton hydrogen fluoride first-phase production line project in Wuwei. Gansu Haoyuan Mining Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of fluorine series products. In order to further improve the comprehensive utilization of fluorite resources, it is planned to build a fluorine chemical plant in the three districts of Wuwei Golden Sun High-tech Concentration Zone and build an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of hydrofluoric acid. Through five years, it will complete the construction of 60,000 tons of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid, 30,000 tons of aluminum fluoride, and 5,000 tons of sodium fluorosilicate by the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period. The project will be implemented in four phases. The project is expected to have a total investment of 600 million yuan. After the project is completed and put into production, it will realize sales revenue of approximately 1.3 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 390 million yuan, and more than 650 jobs.
