The first type is caused by the problem of machine parameters in the NC system (sometimes due to improper settings, sometimes due to unexpected changes in the parameters or confusion), for such soft faults, as long as the parameters are adjusted, the fault will disappear naturally.
The second category of soft faults is generally caused by accidental causes of the NC system in an endless loop. For such failures, generally adopt a forced reset method to restart the system.

2, a special CNC milling machine, Siemens CNC system, in the batch processing CNC system displays the alarm "LIMITSWITCH", this kind of failure is because the Y axis stroke exceeds the software set limit value, check the program value does not change. After careful observation of the fault phenomenon, when the fault occurs, the displayed Y-axis coordinates are determined to reach the software limit. After careful study, it is found that the input of the compensation value becomes large. After the software limit setting is properly adjusted, the fault is eliminated. This fault is caused by incorrect setting of software CNC limit parameters.
