All of this shows that Chinese companies have won many international business opportunities in the improvement of manufacturing capabilities, but they are often overlooked because they do not respect intellectual property rights. Chinese manufacturers lack awareness of the protection and application of patents, and are often passively involved in intellectual property and patent disputes. Many other companies have resorted to fraud, attempting to take shortcuts, intentionally copying, and imitating other people's products, which has tarnished the reputation of China's entire LED industry, resulting in the poor reputation of China's LED display and LED lighting products in the international market.
A large number of OEM products have also made China's own products rarely accepted and recognized by the US market, resulting in the fact that Chinese LED products have no brand in the US market. Once a large number of products leave the port, they do not know where they are shipped, and they do not know who the terminal buyers are. Consumers also don't know which of these good products are produced, and brand awareness is even more difficult to talk about.
The homogenization competition among Chinese companies is very fierce. We provide nearly 70% of OEMs in Europe, but the profits are reduced by their own disorderly competition and price wars, forming a vicious circle of low profits. No innovation and patent rights protection.
All these grim facts have once again triggered everyone's thinking. Where should China's LED companies go? I am willing to continue to cooperate with foreign companies, even to provide them with OEM services, and to take a little leftovers in the international market with cheap labor. Or independent innovation, owning own patents and core competitiveness, taking the road of differentiated competition, researching and developing products that can compete with international amnesty, and being a respected and admired enterprise? The aspirations and branded Chinese companies must take the latter.
Some well-known LED companies in China believe that enterprises with well-known brands should always be clearly aware that only by taking the road of independent innovation and differentiated competition, we will produce products with independent patents, core technologies and unique performances, and strive to build Chinese national brands. Going to the world stage.
