Adjustment:

Usually there is no need to adjust. The factory-set threshold voltage (valve opening voltage) is 20 to 30 volts. If there is a leak in the closed state or when the threshold voltage range cannot be opened, adjust the adjustment screw located at the center and top of the piezoelectric valve. Note that adjusting the screw is very sensitive and care must be taken not to damage the crystal or seat. Turn clockwise to increase the turn-on voltage (counter-clockwise rotation is reduced). Do not make more than half a turn during adjustment. Each time the adjustment angle is one degree or less. Adjust the voltage to apply the valve until the vacuum system or leak detector indicates the pressure change. Please note that in the case of voltage, increasing the voltage clockwise by the screw requires opening the valve and counterclockwise to reduce the required voltage.

maintain:

Normally no maintenance is required, if the filter contamination requires replacement of the air inlet device. If further maintenance is required, the valve must be returned to the factory.
