The Institute was led by the leaders and set up a special research team to conduct in-depth analysis and research on various problems that occurred. It did not miss any small links and improved the design of the floor flaps, cabs, fuel tanks and other related components.
In the case of heavy tasks and tight time, the designers of the research team worked overtime and repeatedly demonstrated the research data and improvement plan. In less than one month, they completed the reinforcement of the shock-absorbing floor frame and strengthened the improved type. The design of the cab is completed, and the trial production, assembly and test verification work is completed with the cooperation of the supporting manufacturers.
During the course of the project, the Institute also carried out the improvement work of the bulldozers where the user had problems. Through on-site investigation, the design and development of the vehicle problem improvement plan for the user problem was carried out, and the site reform was successfully carried out in Liyan Power Plant, Lianyungang and Shanxi users.
