According to the "Saudi Arabia Communiqué" report, a research institute called TechSci issued a report predicting that Saudi tire sales will reach 10 billion U.S. dollars by 2014.

At present, Saudi tires demand mainly has three components, OEM, replacement, export and re-export. The used car market in Saudi Arabia reached 800 million U.S. dollars in 2010, becoming a strong driving force for replacement demand. The large number of tires required to assemble trucks is mainly provided by OEMs. As a member of the Arab countries and the global trade treaty, Saudi Arabia is an important area for re-exports to other countries. Saudi Arabia’s own tire market is a regional leader in terms of value and quantity, attracting many international brands. At present, 60 international brands have been sold here. With the continuous increase in population and per capita GDP, Saudi Arabia will become the fastest growing country in terms of tire demand in Arab countries.

Saudi Arabia currently imports 13 million tires each year and is still growing rapidly.
