In order to ensure that the construction safety and quality meet the standards once, the construction safety technical measures are specially formulated as follows:

First, quality standards and requirements

1. The grade of shotcrete is C15, and the mix ratio of shotcrete is: cement: yellow sand: rice seed = 1:2:2 (volume ratio), water-cement ratio is 0.45, and the amount of quick-setting agent is 3% of cement. -5%. Using J85 type quick-setting admixture, the cement is made of 32.5R ordinary Portland cement, the yellow sand is medium coarse sand, and the rice stone grain is 4-6mm in diameter. Iron scoop with a special quick-setting agent is added even when sprayed concrete.

2, in strict accordance with the mix ratio, the mix should be even, the water-cement ratio and wind pressure should be adjusted properly to reduce rebound.

Ensure that the surface after spraying is smooth and flat, the surface of the slurry and the surface of the steel are flat, and no convex or concave phenomenon is allowed. 4. Sprinkle water at least once every small shift after spraying, and the curing period is not less than 7 days.

Second, start preparation

1. Before starting work, check whether all kinds of tools, materials, equipment, etc. required for the relevant types of work are ready, and whether their materials, specifications, etc. meet the requirements.

2. Check whether the air ducts and pipelines used are in good condition. During the construction, the pressure and sprinkler systems in other locations must not be affected or destroyed. If there are any problems, they should be eliminated in time.

3. Personnel who require construction must have rich experience in sneezing, and those with strong sense of responsibility should serve.

4. All personnel required to participate in the construction must carefully study this safety measure before construction.

5. Each team leader must do the quality inspection work on the construction of the shift and fill in the project quality self-inspection record on site.

6. Do a good job of pipe and cable protection before sneezing. Do not spray concrete on objects or soil facilities.

7. The shotcrete machine and the control equipment used are placed in the west bypass of the three-sector yard, and the spray slurry can be stirred on site.

Third, construction safety technical measures

1. During sneezing construction, the shotcrete machine must be leveled to stabilize it and prevent slippage during work.

2. Before spraying, connect the wind and water feeding pipes and do the inspection of the pipeline. The conveying pipe should be straight, there must be no sharp bends, the joints must be tight, and no air leakage should be allowed.

3. Before spraying, check whether the shotcrete machine is in good condition, and send the power to the no-load test run, fasten the friction plate, and do not allow air leakage.

4. Before spraying, it is necessary to wash the lanes with high-pressure feng shui.

5. When starting the machine, you must first give water, then open the wind, then turn it on, and finally load. When stopping, first stop the material, then stop, then turn off the water, and finally stop the wind.

6. The order of spraying is: first down and then on, first concave and convex, from bottom to top.

7. The spray head and the sprayed surface should be as vertical as possible. The jet distance is controlled between 0.8 and 1.2 m, and the tip of the gun should be moved by a half turn of the spiral.

8. During the spraying process, the water supply should be adjusted according to the change of the discharge amount to ensure the water-cement ratio is accurate. It is necessary to make the sprayed wet concrete have no dry spots, no runny, strong adhesion, and less rebound.

9. When the thickness of one shot is not up to the requirement, it should be sprayed separately, but the interval between re-spraying should not exceed 2 days. Otherwise, apply high pressure water to re-rinse the sprayed surface before spraying.

11, the spray hand must be equipped with two people, one person with a gun spray, one person for auxiliary lighting, and is responsible for observing the top plate and the spray situation to ensure the quality of sneezing. In addition, the spray personnel must wear effective labor protection products.

12. When spraying, it is strictly forbidden to point the gun to the person. When the pipe is blocked, the feeding should be stopped and the method of knocking the vibration feeding pipe should be used. During the process, the sprayer should hold the gun head and put the muzzle to the ground. No other personnel are allowed in front of and near the spray gun head.

13. If there is watering in the roadway, reduce the amount of water supplied and increase the amount of accelerator.

14. After the spraying work, the spray layer must be continuously sprinkled for more than one week for maintenance, no less than once per small class.

15. Two sprays should be set on the downwind side of the shotcrete. When spraying, turn on the spray to reduce dust.

16. Each time the injection is completed, it should be cleaned up immediately, and the elastic material should be collected and the mixture should be used up.

17. After the end of the jetting work, the nozzles must be removed to clean the water ring and the mortar and materials inside and outside the jet.

18. During the construction period, the road retreat should be kept unimpeded; each shift operator must be fixed, and separate work is strictly prohibited.

19. The pneumatic tools required to be used must be firmly connected by wire.

20. Security personnel should strengthen on-site supervision and inspections, and promptly discover and stop the "three violations" phenomenon, and must deal with the "three violations" personnel seriously.

21. Field communication equipment should be kept open.

22, in the construction must take care of, and earnestly do "three no harm."

23. During the construction period, gas inspection work must be strengthened to prevent gas accidents.

24, the class must be completed, the net site clear. .

25. There is a slope in this section of the roadway. When loading and unloading the truck, the mine car must use wooden wedges to pad the wheels before and after, and securely brake to prevent slipping. Also pay attention to the construction space and the distance the tool is waving to prevent accidents.

26, because the section of the roadway has a curvature and slope, followed by the damper two, requiring a human double stroller, one at a time. When turning, you must slow down and shout. When you pass the damper, the damper must not be opened at the same time. The mine car is pushed and parked in the three-street parking lot.

27. When the track lane transportation is upgraded, the dispatching room is requested to arrange the functional area team to carry out the work, and each special type of work is certified to work.

28. When the shift is taken, the signal system and all the safety devices and the unobstructed condition of the track should be inspected in detail, and the work can be performed normally.

29. Winch drivers and signal workers should concentrate on their work during the work period and strictly implement the operating procedures and job responsibility system.

30. When upgrading, the hook workers and signal workers are responsible for the implementation, and strictly implement the system of “no driving, pedestrians do not drive”.

31. To upgrade the “four insurance” facilities, the requirements are complete and guaranteed to be used.

32. When the vehicle enters or exits the parking lot, it is necessary to inform the winch driver to reduce the speed of the vehicle and make the mine car drive slowly; the hooker should adjust the fork in time to ensure the smooth entry and exit of the mine car.

33. When handling the off-road, it is strictly forbidden to yank and slam the top, and it is not allowed to let the car go on the road.

34. During the lifting process, personnel are not allowed to straddle and trample the wire rope at will, and it is strictly forbidden to hook the pedestrian.

35. Strictly implement the wire rope inspection system. If the situation of wear and broken wire exceeds the provisions of the Regulations, it should be reported and dealt with in time.

36. After the completion of the construction, dismantle all temporary support, clean up the coal, concrete and remaining materials, so that the net site of the work is cleared.

Third, cable, pipeline protection

1. After arriving at the working place, first check the safety condition of the bracket, roof and gang of the roadway, and the cable and feng shui pipeline passing through the roadway. After the power failure, the power cable and the communication signal cable are separated according to the type of power supply, and the cable is in accordance with the regulations. Construction protection.

2. After the cable is powered off, it should be placed on the side of the roadway, as far as possible away from the lane and the distance from the track should not be less than 0.5 meters. Placement requires the Φ108mm pipe to break the main cable from the middle and fix it with pre-welded screws.

3. Protect the cable with the pipe in turn, and screw it on the side of the roadway. The construction site should be no less than 15 meters in front of the construction site, and the length of the construction site should be no less than 5 meters. The two ends of the protection pipe and the pipe joints should be sealed with woven bags or other soft materials to prevent the pipe from cutting the cable.

4. Flooring the pipeline and laying a belt or other soft material above the pipeline (no less than 15 meters in front of the construction site and no less than 5 meters in the rear) to protect the pipeline bracket during maintenance. To be stored in a unified manner, it must not be littered.

5. After the protection of pipes and cables, the protective pipes and cables should be covered with soft protective materials (such as flower tarpaulin) to prevent the penetration of the slurry.

6. After the sneeze is over, the electromechanical team is responsible for carefully checking all cables, pipelines and equipment. After confirmation, the construction unit will resume the suspension.

Fourth, civilized construction

1. The materials, tools and equipment used for construction must be neatly arranged, not less than 20 meters away from the construction site, and not occupying one quarter of the roadway section, and shall not affect ventilation and pedestrians.

2. The retreat of the construction site must be kept open and no debris should be accumulated.

3. After the end of each shift, the blanks and sundries on the site must be cleaned, the classification of the tool materials should be neatly arranged, and watered and cleaned.

4. Ensure that the cables and equipment of the construction roadway are clean and hygienic. After the construction is completed, the debris and materials in the roadway must be cleaned up and cleaned thoroughly. The cables and dust on the pipes are cleaned and the suspension is restored. Otherwise, the project will not be accepted.
