1. Before the installation of the pressure gauge, the models and specifications must be carefully checked. The pointer must not be deflected out of the black mark. Otherwise, it should be recalibrated or replaced.

Maintenance of other pressure gauges:

1) The pressure gauge should be kept clean and the glass on the dial should be bright and clear, so that the pressure value indicated by the pointer in the dial can be clearly seen. The pressure gauge with broken glass or unclear dial shall be discontinued.
2) The connecting tube of the pressure gauge should be purged regularly to avoid clogging. For pressure gauge connecting pipes containing more oil or other viscous material gases, especially for purging.
3) The pressure gauge often pays attention to check whether the rotation and fluctuation of the pressure gauge pointer is normal, and check whether the plug on the connecting tube is in the open state.
4) The pressure gauge must be calibrated regularly. Pressure gauges that have exceeded the verification period should be discontinued. In the normal operation of boilers and pressure vessels, if abnormal pressure gauge indications or other suspicious signs are found, they should be immediately checked and corrected.
Stainless steel electric contact pressure gauge maintenance:
1. The maximum current through the pressure gauge's electrical contact must not exceed 3A (amperes), otherwise it is self-negative.
2. The pressure gauge should be installed vertically. Avoid collisions and vibration during handling.
3, the pressure gauge should be in the ambient temperature of -40 °C - +70 °C relative humidity is not greater than 85%, and the vibration or the measured medium of the sharp pulse on reliable contact and accurate letter reading without affecting the use of the place.
4. The electrical circuit of the pressure gauge (refer to the schematic diagram) is carefully checked after setting and connecting, and the test operation is performed.
5, pressure gauge in the adjustment of a given value, must use slotted screwdriver.
6. When measuring the static load, the pressure gauge can be used up to 3/4 of the upper limit of the measurement, and when measuring the alternating load, it can be used up to 2/3 of the upper limit of the measurement. For the instantaneous measurement, the upper limit can be used.
7. The pressure gauge should be added with isolation device and buffer device when measuring large viscosity medium and drastic fluctuation pressure.
8. Pressure gauges should be checked regularly (at least once every three months)
9. Pressure gauges should always be kept dry and clean during use and properly maintained.
