Operating Principle
Hammer crusher motor drives the rotor in the crushing cavity high-speed rotation. Materials are fed into the machine from the upper feeding mouth, and crushed by the high-speed movement of the hammer's blow, impacting, shearing and grinding. At the bottom of the rotor, there is sieve plate to grade crushed material smaller than the screen hole size, while the larger ones of the coarse grained are stopped to be hit and ground by the hammer again, and finally discharged from the sieve plate.
