After nearly two years of scientific research, the Institute of Marine Intelligent Machinery of Harbin Engineering University and Ocean Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. cooperated with Ocean Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. to complete the design and test prototype development of 375 tons deep water hose roller drive and 75 tons deep water hose laying system. The project was successfully passed the acceptance of experts completed by Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd.
On the basis of the research of the prototype machine, the Harbin Engineering Group further optimized the design and completed the manufacture, assembly and integration of the mechanical structure, hydraulic system and control system of the 375-ton deep water hose roller drive engineering prototype, and developed the constant tension drive control. The system software was systematically adjusted to complete the onshore functional test, so that the engineering prototype reached the state of deep water hose laying technology.
The development and laying system of deep water hose roller drive is one of the key technologies for deep water hose laying. It is applied to the transportation and transportation of oil and natural gas in the deep sea oil and gas field mining process. The research team analyzed and studied the development of deep-water hose laying systems at home and abroad and the key technologies of hose laying. The design of the 75-ton deep water hose laying system, the design of hydraulic drive and control system, and the hose laying process were completed. The animation demonstration; completed the development of the key structure of the 10 ton prototype, built the experimental platform of the prototype, and completed the prototype experiment.
