China's first spiral steel pipe prefinish welding production line put into operation
EVA
marine diamond sheet is a new development from the EVA Faux Teak Sheet, showing

decking and platforms.
Made
from marine grade UV resistant, closed cell, high density EVA foam material, it
stands perfectly even in a strong sunlight area. And the EVA foam material
makes it softer and more comfortable for people standing there bare
feet than real wood or synthetic flooring. Some would concerned if the
boat mat would be not durable to use since it is made from foam material. Well,
it may not hard like real wood or PVC flooring, and compete the durability with
those two, but with a higher density EVA foam, we are able to compete with
other suppliers who try to compromise the density to reach to a lower price.
The
sheet comes in 190cm x 70cm, user can cut the sheets into size to fit the shape
of boat decking, then just peel and stick since the sheets we offer is with 3M
adhesive on the backing. It can be applied on boat decking of course, and other
like swim platform pad, helm station pad or simple seat pad.

In order to meet the needs of the construction of steel pipe for the second-line construction of West-East Gas Pipeline, in accordance with the overall plan of the company, the pre-finish welding production unit started construction in July of last year and was approved by the group company. The total investment is 185 million yuan and the annual comprehensive production capacity is 180,000 tons. Produce a maximum diameter of 2032 mm, maximum thickness of 22 mm X80 steel spiral steel pipe.
In order to complete this production line as soon as possible, Bohai Equipment Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. meticulously organized and optimized operations, and set up a new pre-finish welding production line project department, which is fully responsible for the operation of the entire project. On October 26 this year, the company welded out the first steel pipe and started trial production. This project has shortened the construction period of the unit of the same scale compared to developed countries abroad by half the time.
The unit has introduced and digested and absorbed German spiral welded pipe prefinish welding production technology, and is the first spiral welded pipe prefinish welding production line in China. Through the prefinished welding process, the spiral welded pipe unit's stand-alone production efficiency has been greatly improved, and the spiral welded pipe has achieved stress-free welding.
While the pre-finish welding technology was successfully applied, the unit realized the application of industrial fieldbus (PROFIBUS) control technology control equipment, micron-level high-precision molding reduction and leveling machine pressure reduction in the production of key technology of welded pipe manufacturing process. Control, heavy-duty milling machine application of double milling technology, the establishment of electronic voucher quality digital information management system, the realization of ultrasonic probes coupled automatic monitoring of five technical innovations. These new breakthroughs in production technology of these welded pipes have greatly improved the quality of steel pipe manufacturing, and provided guarantees for the production of steel pipes for major oil and gas pipeline transportation projects such as China West-East Gas Pipeline II.
