In January 2013, after inspection by the Inner Mongolia Baotou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, three NTE260 electric wheels with a value of US$14.42 million produced by Inner Mongolia Northern Heavy Vehicle Co., Ltd. and seven TR100 heavy non-road mining dump trucks were exported to Myanmar and Russia achieved a good start to the export of non-road mining dump trucks in Baotou this year.
In recent years, heavy non-road mining dump trucks have gradually become the main force for the export of mechanical and electrical products in Baotou. It is understood that the 10 vehicles exported in January 2013 all have high-tech content and high added value. In particular, three NTE260 electric wheel heavy non-road mining dump trucks are the new products of the Northern Heavy Vehicle Company with completely independent intellectual property rights. At the end of 2012, it achieved the first export of three units. According to the staff, the company expects to sell 40 heavy-duty non-road mining dump trucks of various types of electric wheels in 2013.
