On September 12, CSIC Chengxi held a cutting ceremony for the cutting of steel plates for the 65000DWT bulk carrier CX0604 built by Guangdong Shipping Company. The Panamax bulk carrier signed a construction contract in February this year and is expected to be completed by mid-2014. The CX0604 has a length of 199.9 meters, a width of 32.26 meters, a depth of 18.5 meters, a design draught of 11.3 meters and a structural draught of 13.3 meters.
